1. Account & Eligibility

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or these Terms
- Use the Site for fraudulent purposes or in connection with illegal activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site
- Use any robot, spider, or similar tool to scrape data
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive nature
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users or community members
- Post false reviews, misleading information, or spam content
3. Crowdfunding & Payments
All crowdfunding campaigns on this Site are managed via Growfund. By backing a project, you agree to the following:
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed by third-party providers (Growfund, Stripe, PayPal) or directly via USDT (ERC20). We do not store your full payment information.
- Refund Policy: Refund eligibility depends on the campaign stage — see our Refund Policy section in our Privacy Policy for details.
- Delivery: Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or regulatory issues.
- All-or-Nothing: Some campaigns use “all-or-nothing” funding — if the goal is not met, contributions are refunded.
- Crypto Payments: USDT payments must be sent to the wallet address displayed on the payment page. We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, audio clips, and software — is the property of TINHIFI or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
- You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission
- User-submitted content (reviews, comments) remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting content (reviews, forum posts, comments, project ideas) to the Site, you:
- Grant TINHIFI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and publish your content
- Represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it
- Agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or harmful
We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.
6. Disclaimers
